Mutation And Demarcation

I have purchased a land which the owner got from a Bank Auction in the year 1968. Due to some reasons they the owner has not made Record of Right on his name now the Tahasil demand to produce the sale certificate of financial institution auctioned the same. As the case is very old i cant able to apply a certified copy in Orissa High Court hence please help me in finding the copy and demarcating the said land
