My father and my uncle have a joint business and joint family, which they inherited from my grandfather. They have two houses. One in interior town, which costs much less, another one is in the town, where the land cost is much higher. Now they say, this home in the proper town will be their share. and the older house will be ours. Now, I am an engineer, work in a company. So I separately bought land in my name, with all my savings from the job, and what I have saved. My father also paid a part of the money. They want to include the land too. My father paid the amount from the parts both my uncle and my father takes from the company. My father did not spend his amount of money on traveling or anything, but my uncle did. My point is the land should not be in the part, as it is in my name. What should we do now? Please help ASAP.

Your question needs some further clarification as to who is the registered owner, what is the type of title deed of the property What are the records and proofs of the payments by the three alleged sources? However, you have to prove legally through some documentary evidence that You made the payments.
