My Grandfather Hypothicated His Land With His Brothers Names In An Agreement

My grandfather purchased the land in his name on 1952 and it is a registered document. In 1956 he hypoticated the land since he has got some loan and then he paid the loan back and got the document back in 1958.now the issue is he hypothicated the land in his name and also his brothers name, since the loan vendor asked his brothers approval also for the safety purpose. My grandfather and all his brothers signed an agrrement and gave it to the loan vendor.so now my grandfather brothers family has put a case saying they have also rights in the property. But still property is not in their name and it is only in my grandfather name. So now i just wanted to know.. Can the court say the propert can be favour to them?? Please your reponse is appreciated.
