I was born as SHANMUGAPRIYA K. My name was later changed to HARIPRIYA K in the gazette and all educational documents.. However, I've used HARI(space)PRIYA in all ID proofs and work documents. In my passport I've used HARI(space)PRIYA as given names and KALAN as my surname. I am not really sure how to standardize my name across all documents. Which is the first name, middle name, and last name. Should it be HARI (space)PRIYA(space) KALAN. There is also a different spelling mistake in my PAN card and my IT documents. I have to apply for Visa. Should I expand my initial in all official IDs. Does a space between the middle name and first name matter.

Hello The name of a person plays a very vital role in his life, same name with same spelling should be carried every where to avoid complications in the government offices or any other departments which would create obstacles in life I suggest you go ahead with the name as you have suggested or you will have to make an affidavit and get your name changed in all the documents which is hectic process so its better to continue as it is.
