Need Consultation On A Topic

i want to ask if i inform magistrate to deploy army where terrorists could be ,then why would they listen to me or save me from terrorists/dacoits..magistrate gets paid from govt. not from me ,nor is he my relative , nor am i his boss for him to take orders from me ..so to save me from terrorists why would he deploy army in my area ..it sounds a bit silly but i need answer to this basic question
