Need To Transfer Name

We are living in our own house which is situated in Arni, Tamilnadu. The house was brought in 1982 in the name of my grandfather (my father's dad). My grandfather was demised in 2016 and we have a death certificate clearly. Now we are going to demolish our existing house and we have the plan to build a new house there. Before that, we are planned to change the document to my father with no objection to my grandfather's other heirs. What and all documents need to change and where we need to start.
