My neighbor (complete family of 4) intentionally fights with us on petty issues. They are local from here and we have recently moved into town. Ladies from the family tries to make physical fight move (may they want to make assault cases on women). It's very mentally harassment for the family, I need a restriction order from the court to avoid any point of contact with the troublesome family. can you help?

,You have options either to approach the local Police for filing the Complaint Or to approach the Civil Court for obtaining Permanent Injunction restraining the Opposite Parties/Defendants from interfering in the peaceful possession and not to enter into any brawl of any kind.
