Neighbour Creating Uuisance

Last year May I have made a complaint against one of my neighbors, who has extended the room over the sever and drainage channel. After that, he started fighting with me. In June he hit my wife with a brick on her upper head and according to MLC Police has issued an NCR. One month back they came to my office started hitting on me and that complaint also registered. 10 days back he has thrown a rock on my leg knee and with video proof we went to the police station. Nothing has happened. And yesterday also thy damaged my 2 cc tv cameras and a cooler. Now, the Police are saying we are going to register Kalandra against both of you. If a person attacking physically or damaging the properties how can register Kalandra. Awaiting for your kind advice
