Non Creamy Layer OBC Reservation

Am I eligible for non-creamy layer OBC? My father works in IFFCO (it's not a central or state govt. org. neither it is a PSU, it is cooperative), My father's income apart from salary is 2 lakh per annum and he has no agricultural land in his possession.
