Don't hesitate.. even after a suicide, u r being passive.. its hard to believe.. Just file a writ case, nothing will happen, its not a criminal case, court will pass a favourable order on the very first hearing.. They won't dare to victimize u for filing writ.. If they dare they will suffer dire consequences, High court has vast powers.. All will be well in just one week.. Gud luck

This has been the stigma of many affected persons.. It favours the culprits.. but do u know.. getting victimized if approach the court is a hoax.. There is an immunity.. u can file contempt of court if the other party victimized the petitioner in any manner.. Many of my clients had that stigma and waited for years and spent lakhs of amount for getting their right.. after a long, they lose hope and dared to file case one day.. do u know what happened to them?.. all of them got succeed in a very short span, suffering a very least expense.. till date no sort of victimization, rather they were feared of my clients..

Dear Majhar Islam, After going through your query I feel that a Writ of Mandamus is maintainable in the Bangalore High Court. You may also knock the door of Consumer Forum under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act. Regards
