    uh can serve him the eviction notice Nd mentioning all the details why he is liable to vacate ur.shops like didn't he didn't paying rent ... or damaged ur shop which is against the agreement ... after serve him a notice he have to pay all his dues ar clear the issue with uh within 15 days if not uh can revoke the agreement ... by filing rescission of agreement before the court
