On Division Bench Order | Vkeel - Free Legal Advice

Dear Sir, In a Case of PSC employment , Division Bench of High Court told the Government to take decision in consideration of the candidate for the employment. It was in Sept 2020 . After repeatly contacting Govt Officials they are not reply any thing .Can the candidate approach Administrative Tribunal to get favourable order? Or he can file again in the Division Bench to get a PROPER ORDER ?

Dear Sir, Such are the cases in Government and inspite of directions issued by High Courts, Government not taking any action/decision. Better to file contempt petition if your Advocate is strong otherwise file another Writ Petition or approach Administrative Tribunal.
