On Evection (Bihar Building Lease And Control Act)

in a evection suit landlord claim rent @ Rs.1000 per month but the tenant say that rent is Rs .125 per month.there is not any rent receipt.plaint clearly say why and when rent became 1000. but tenant say that I gave some money to landlord's father in advance.the trial court passed order to pay 1000. can tenant get any relief from high court.
