Original Suit

We have been served notice by my father sister for sharing property which does not belong to the ancestral property except 3 acres included in 13 acres WILL made by my grandfather apart from this my uncles and father are having a property on their own name but still not divided in between of three of them and now my father sister are filled original suit at JMFC court and running case since from 2 years, based on 1956 act which comes into force or amended after 2005 & 2020. Still, my grandmother is there but she is not having any property in her name, my father's sister is washed her mind and taken her to their custody along with my uncles now my father is fighting with them alone. Please help us.
