Though 2nd marriage is void, for the purpose of pension the 2nd wife's claim will be considered (as provided in pension rules). If u manage to get succession certificate then getting pension for ur mom is possible.. U can file writ petition in High court and get remedy

Your mother is not eligible to get pension & provident fund as her marriage is null and void. However you being illegitimate son will have the same right as that of the legitimate child of your father, can apply for your share in the provident fund and pension. I guess there is no surviving legal heir of the first wife.

2nd wife is not allowed to get pension because as per Hindu law men cannot have two wife at the same time and second marriage will be illegal as per Hindu law.

Dear Sir, It is the discretionary power of the sanctioning authority because there is no rival claim now. Try to manage them but if you go to court your case will be defeated.
