You can move before the State Pollution Control Board against the company or companies
U can file PIL refer Judgement of D K basu, for further query u can ask
You can go about it 3 ways: 1. File a complaint to the State Pollution Board, the complaint should straight away state the problem of pollution while identifying the exact polluter and a distinct action which is to be taken. 2. After doing the first step, if the Pollution Board doesn't do anything about the issue, you can file a Writ of Mandamus to the High Court. That will ensure a proper action. (you'd need a counsel for this) 3. File a petition to the National Green Tribunal in Delhi for relief. (you'd need a counsel for this)
