Powers Of Power Of Attorney Holder

my mom gives power of attorney to some person without my permission, Currently my possession is on 2 rooms out of 6 rooms.but that power of attorney holder trying to threat me & abuses me all the time whenever he visits at house,one day he also slapped me then I lodge a complaint in areas police station but they wrote only non-cognizible FIR report on which they just verbally request to that person that next time pls not harm me Respected sir pls give me a direction , how to handle this matter.
