you can practice in Rajasthan , uttar Pradesh, Haryana Courts as Hindi is used as language of Court. There are many Courts where English is not compulsory. if satisfied by reply kindly give like to my profile.for further assistance kindly give name of your city of practice.

for improvement of your English keep regular and legal dictionary, read newspaper regularly and try to speak front of mirror with yourself, this will may help you to improve therein.

Are you a lawyer. Enroll in the appropriate Bar Council. Start practice in any court under an able lawyer. Read English a lot. Your language will improve. If you are a law degree holder, you are supposed to have this much information.
