This is my response to you: 1. Firstly send a letter to the society chairman and secretary; 2. Ask them to take your letter on record and act upon it; 3. If they don't then you can send a legal notice; 4. Even then the problems persist then approach the Registrar and file a complaint; 5. The lawyer fees will depend on the facts of the case, and after assessing the merits of the case.
