u can file any application as it is ur right but file an application for interim relief with ex-parte instead of filing any other application before any court but if JD has moved to appellate court n if appellate court grant stay on ur execution then u can't anything until the stay would be vacate and file an application before the court thereafter court will hear you n if court thinks necessary to call the opposite party then court will give you date on that application n will also direct you to send the copy along with notice to opposite party
if appeal is filed by your opposition then appellate Court will pass order of stay on execution proceeding. in which purpose you want injunction order? if you want to know more on this content better to communicate with senior pleader of your district.
