    I'm agree with Hitesh Mishra... but you can get the property after his death... if died intestate... it means without writing any will... you will get 50% of the property..

    your father is free to gift, sell, mortgage or do whatsoever with his own earned property, you have no legal rights in your father's personal earned property, and although your step mother may not be your father's legally wedded wife but any child born from your step mother shall not be considered illegitimate.

    No,in this situation you haven't any right on his property .if you're minor then you can claim sustenance.but his second woman have not any legal right but her children hv.if you're father write a will in her favor then she will be legally owned in his property.
