Recently my father side daughters sent a legal notice to us regarding a property disputes. But we have been distributed our property among us with their legal signature in the year 2017. Does this distribution valid according to the latest supreme court case. If they have right in property that has been distributed in 2017. Pls help me in this regard and how to reply to the legal notice

Since the Family Partition took place more than Three Years ago there are very murky chances of any Court to undertake the matter. But be prepared to contest the matter on all grounds.
