There are 3 sons- Son 1, Son 2, Son 3, father and 2 Flats. Father purchased 2 flats but both he and Son 2 are owners in both flats. All money belongs to the father but not documented. Father makes a Gift deed and forfeits his 50? share in flat 1 and makes Son 2 100% owner of flat 1. Father later makes a Will forfeiting 50% share of son2 in flat 2 since he was given 100% in flat 1. Father passed away. What percentage of the share will each of 3 sons get in flat 2. Two possibilities 1. All sons get 1/3 rd of flat since 100% flat now belongs to father as per WILL, though Son2's name is still there as owner. 2. Son2 gets 50% as owner + 1/3 rd of rest 50% and other two sons get 1/3rd of rest 50% each. Additional Info Mother passed away earlier All property earned by the father. WILL notary done but not registered. Country - India State - Maharashtra Kindly help
