    yes you can register the property in the name of yourself aswell of in the name of your sisters jointly. The Sale Deed recital should contain that you all have equal share in the property.

    You can register the property in the name of you and your sisters in the ratio of the contribution of each part. The said arrangement can be recorded in the sale deed. Drafting of the sale deed is very critical in such cases to avoid any dispute later.
