    your mother and brother both have 1/3 share each in the self acquired property of your father and you n ur bro have 1/2 share in ancestral property of your father . in absence of any partition you are the owner of 1/3 or 1/2, as the case may be ,share in each and every inch of the property and on the strength of that right you may send the legal notice not to alienateany part of the property and may fine suit for injuction restraining them from any alienation of the property in question
