We have 2 acres (say A1, A2) of farming land. From that 2 acres of land, 1 acre(A1) land survey numbers are already on my father's name and the other 1 acre(A2) land was exchanged with my father's siblings.
So, we got the left out 1 acre(A2) related survey numbers registered on my father's name now. So, When we got this left out 1 acre(A2) land registered on my father's name. My aunties (father's younger/elder sisters) signed on map of the document which includes survey numbers of two acres(A1,A2).
Now, my father has 2 acres (related survey no's) on his name. So, my aunties, do they have any right on the 1 acre land(A1) which was already on my father's name from before. That 1 acre land(A1) was transferred to my father's name years back (that was the land earned by my grandfather, But not grandfather's father). Even the exchanged land (A2) is transferred from my grandfather.
