Pune Housing Society - Issue With Committee Members

ISSUE in Pune, Lohegaon, co-op housing society. Society committee members are not at all active. We got one flat member with covid, but after asking numerous times on the WhatsApp group they did not disclose the person. We asked so that any member in contact with them will also get quarantined and tested. INSTEAD, the society committee secretary imposes a rule of banning the maids which are in conflict with govt RULE. I asked them why they banned, they told me it's their rule and it can be made. I told them as a flat owner, my maid will come as (her temp is always checked) and also I tested her once for COVID in lockdown, and it came negative... They said it is our rule and it will not be allowed. My society maintenance fees, there is no statement maintained, I have to maintain on my own. They don't have ledgers, they don't have anything. Instead, they just bring this rule and say we committee is the owner of the society. Please help, if this thing is not sorted I will have to go legal with them.
