Certification by private agency will have no impact. u can never become an authority, It is the discretion of the companies either to bother u or not. you have 3 ways.. 1) Like CIBIL score u should convince the private companies association (chamber of commerce) and become authority by their resolution 2) The government should pass such G.O. to the effect that certification from u is mandatory.. or a dramatic yet possible way 3) To file a Public Interest Litigation before High court/ Supreme court seeking a direction to govt & companies to mandatorily get certified from u.. But that would no be an easy one. u should make a very strong case. (it happened in some case in the past).. Anyhow getting urself statutorily Registered as NGO and/or getting ISO like certification (if firm/company) will help.. Note : in legal way ur target is almost impossible..
