Is a bond paper signed 18 years ago be valid if a person signed is no more and land written in that signed paper is not in his son or grand son's procession as registered? How can his son or grandson tackle the people who are trying to encroach that land with the support of village heads? Can they claim that land if his grandson brought that land from some other person ( who has registered land on him ) in the near future?
