Hello Everyone, I'm from Allahabad UP and I want to know why the plots/ land sold by builders are not financed by banks and we can not take loan for buying these plots also is it fine to buy such plots and what further investigation needed. These r some builders like Aarambh infra developers , Narayana Developers and many more , Please reply. Thanks

Bank only finance on approved land by local authorities. list of documents below to check before buying the plot 1.title of ownership 2.approvef map of land 3.chain document of ownership 4.NOC from development authority if first owner 5.give public notice in newspaper for your purchase
