Dear client at present that kind of offer is going on in Allahabad but before that you should check the papers seriously over revenue records and that kind of offer they also offered registered agreement and when full and final payment complete then sale deed.

Plz check all revenue records and building related documents and after findings any mistake from builders take action

before buying plot verify all documents related the land and if any fraud by builder u have file suit in consumer forum. ..

see the all documents related with plot are clear marketable title and legal one.
