if it's self acquired property ... then uh can't force Ur father to give uh a share ... he is the owner of property he may give to anyone whom he like.. but still if uh wanna fight the case then file a suit for partition... uh need to have detailed discussion on this. case... with a advocate ... where the suit property situated ....
