    1. pls don't mind, you have arrangement of money to construct 4 floors but have no money for the treatment of your child, seems contradictory, 2. now to the query, if the property is ancestral, you can file a civil suit for the partition of the property and also file an application to stay the sale.transfer/alienate the property,

    if the property is ancestral then you can demand your share you can also challenge the power of attorney as after the death it becomes void
