Regarding Termination From Service As Order Passed By MAT Court

My sister is working as a talathi in Nanded from last three years but now the termination order is passed by the MAT court for their wrong selection of candidate. At the time of selection of the candidate for the post of talathi there are two Candidates one is my sister an other is a person who is not selected during document verification. Now the candidate was appealed in the court against my sister and selection committee. As my sister provided all the document proper except Noncrimilayr (Noncrimilayr is not valid during the application for the post talathi) By knowing this The selecting committee selects the candidate as per their age. Both person having same score n same category for the post of talathi. Now, what will be the action from a collector? Is she terminated from their service or keep both the person.
