no u cant see the will coz a registered will onlymay b in force after the death of ur father SDM has no right to disclose the will z contents to anybody in ur fatherz lifetime it will only in force after his death
the answer to your question is No. but if the Will is registered, then you can see it. however, that seems less likely.
no uh can't ... if will doesn't registered near SDM office... however will can b change during the life time of Ur father... Nd there is no need to registered the will... will can only be probated before the distt. court nd will came into force after the death of Ur father
you can't see the will if that was not registered with the concerned SDM and your father can only show the same .. but doesn't matter .. an unregistered will does not have the legality as registered has
If the will is regd you can get a certified copy of the same from the SRO. Other than that there is no way to know it unless the author wants so.
if will is properly register then you have to see in sdm office otherwise not.
