In one case , Surprisingly a person produced registered will in court .As per will ,it was registered on 23.12.99 ,death of Testator was on 27.01.2001.In his statement his son has collected will from Sub registrar on 15.02.2001 after the death of TESTATOR in Jan 01. is it possible ???,or its normal ,what questions we can put?

for will registration is not required. will can be executed at any time. no stamp paper is required. what is the mental status of testator, conditions prevailing at the time of execution,conditions to register a will which is not supposed tobe registered, why it was registered, and what are the conditions that took them for registration;, has to be elicited.
