I live in an apartment whose society is not yet registered but I have provided POA. The society insists on cash payment of maintenance charges. I have never been defaulter but in the current situation I am unable to pay in cash, they are not accepting online and shutting down power backup service. Is there any way law can help me. Also, is there any way I can revoke the POA, what would be the possible consequences and expense for the same.

As per bye Laws essential services can not be stopped. You may go to the court for relief.
