My father has 6 brothers & sisters, all the brothers & sisters have signed a release deed in 1980 giving all their rights for our family home to my father. My father is no more and he has not documented any will also. My grandparents are no more, out of 7 brothers & sisters only 4 are alive now. Also, there is no registry of the house present now. What I want to know can I mother sell the house now based on the release deed of my father.

Release Deed is the outcome of your family arrangements But the deed is not a document of title. Get the property Registered in your name first, attain a marketable title then go for selling the property.
