Renewal Of TD From The Date Of Maturity Denied By Bank.

Whether I am entitled to the renewal from the maturity date in case of the following defaults made by Bank in violation of existing rules. As per Banking code and standard board of india the maturity notice has to be given by the Bank before maturity through letter / mail / SMS to the customer.Whether Bank has done In the above account in time.Please provide the details of the notice to the customer.
