Renovation-noise From Apartmentabove

The owner staying above my flat has started renovation work, is using heavy electrical machines to demolish internal walls. My son is appearing 10th standard, exams starting this week (and the owner has started renovation exactly in this week). I have got a Decibel noise meter displaying 80DB of noise (far more than 65DB allowed in residential area). Is there any way I can get a instant court notice to stop the renovation work.
