Dear Friend, Please get issue legal notice under section 106 of Transfer of Property Act then file a simple suit for eviction. It will be disposed within next 6 to 8 months.

First step is to give him legal notice . If he still dont pay heed to your notice you have to file eviction suit in a competent court of law.
