The foremost important question is the ownership of the property in question. If the Sale Deed is in your name then you you being landlord have got the right to recover Rent from the tenants. But if you feel alike to firm an HUF it may grant some relief. But it would be better to Consult your Taxation advisor as he is the only person who is well versed with your present tax plans. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.
