W B Legislature in WBLR ACT1955 inserted provision land records by his corrupted employees (barred by jurisdiction in Civil Courts) All acts either by Parliament/or/by State legislatures barred by CIVIL COURTS (most of laws directly heinous to common citizens ref:which one challenged before Higher courts ordered unconstitutional).
