i am running my business on rented property and due to some case(which i wasn't aware of before ) b/w family matter , they are asking me to leave then they will sell the proprty. i ve 2 year old rent agreement ( not renewed) , what are legal action i can take here ?

They can evict you only by following the eviction of tenant act.. You can file "Not to evict without Due process of law" case to safeguard your tenancy..
