Mr. IIango, No Time Limit for expiry of for a Power of Attonery, unless a specific time is prescribed in the Power of Attonery. However, a Power of Attonery expires on the  death of the  executor or the Attonery holder. A POA may also lapses once the  same is revoked. Hope I answered your point .
