I am mutually divorced. but at that time I filed 498 case but then I took it back. my ex-husband got married again and his current wife has filed section 498 on her. now he is asking me to sign an affidavit stating that the cases I filed was fake n wrong so that he can have supporting documents to nullify his current case with his current wife. So if I do that how will it impact me legally and will It create any legal issue for me.

That affidavit won't help him.. Signing that affidavit technically a wrong, nothing practically will affect you.. It will neither legally affect u nor will help him.. Avoid signing it, if it is for a good (monetary) consideration, just do it and later u can defend it that he coerced to sign..
