Share And Bank Account

Facts - My father held shares of various companies in his share demat account , in which I was the Nominee. ( A) 5 months Prior to his death my elder brother changed the nominee to his wife . Iam saying " changed " because the copy of nomination change form provided to me by the demat company shows that there are 2 signature of beneficiary my father , and both of them are different from each other. One of The witness is my brother who has put his house number wrong. Presently suits filled by me -- 1-A case of forgery . 2 - Declaratory suit for shares. 3 -Besides these shares are also subject matter of my succession suit . WHAT is my status in the shares. I have also send details to NSDL, and the NSDL Vice President has sent me reply asking for Court Order regarding the same. ( B ) Later I have come to know that he also changed the bank account associated with this demat account in which dividend of the shares goes . I have no knowledge of this Bank account as the demat company Refused to share it's details . My Question - 1- What is my status in the shares. 2 - HOW Can I STOP my elder brother in getting dividend of the shares , as the ownership of shares is disputed in the Court.
