The municipal corporation gave HsgSocA some land in another area as a compromise on their land being taken away for road widening. HsgSocA gave this land to a builder to develop apartments. Now a new apartment is also under HsgSocA but wants to register themselves as a new HsgSoc. But HsgSocA is now bankrupt and all original members who know about this have left. I am the owner of a flat in the new apartments and want to sell my flat. But we cannot register our hsg society separate from HsgSocA. And HsgSocA is not cooperating. Is there any legal way we can solve this. I am in need of money and want to sell that flat as soon as possible.

You require the offices of Registrar of Co-operative Society, the authority which eefiateres and keeps records for proper guidance they will get it done.
