My father made a registered will in my favour. I filled a succession suit. My Brother's Wife is trying file Rule 1/10 application saying she is nominee to some bank accounts and share demat account. Is she correct in doing so.Will she succeed.What is the status of Nominee if Will is present. What should I do.

Nominee is only a bailee.. They cannot enjoy the money.. they are authorise only to receive the amount and bound to deliver to the concerned legal heir when requested
