Tenant Not Vacating The Home After Taking Back Half Of The Advance Ammount

Tenant not vavating the home after taking Half of the Advance amount. THe leassee is Ramiza She asked to pay half amoung last month and asked us to give one month time by then they will find home and vacate. We paid the Half amount to her last month. She is now reavy to vacate the home taking the remaining amount in the Agreement document. But her Daughter IN Law Is making the issue she has made a fake document saying that she has give more money to the Previous owner (My father) and she is askinng the money to vacate. But The Actual Leassee is not aware of this extra money . so She is creating issue in vacating . So need help on this please let me know how to proceed.
